Itinerary:

• Morning Pickup from Marrakech:
  • Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Travel in an air-conditioned minibus into the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains, rising from the plains into a lush agricultural valley.
• Argan Oil Cooperative:
  • Your first stop is at a cooperative where local Berber women extract precious argan oil from the kernels of the argan tree. Learn about the traditional methods used to produce this valuable oil.
• Berber Villages and Terraced Fields:
  • Continue your drive through picturesque Berber villages and hamlets perched on the slopes of the High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy plenty of photo stops to capture the scenic terraced fields and breathtaking landscapes.
• Setti Fatma Village:
  • Arrive at the village of Setti Fatma, the starting point for your 1.5-hour hike to the Siti Fatma Waterfalls. Follow a steep trail across a series of narrow bridges to reach the seven picturesque cascades.
• Siti Fatma Waterfalls:
  • Enjoy the stunning views of the waterfalls and take advantage of your time with a local trekking guide. Set your own pace, with plenty of time to take breaks, ask questions, and take photos.
• Lunch Break:
  • After the hike, cool off with a drink and then continue to a family home for an optional classic Berber meal of tajine, salad, and fresh fruits (food and drinks not included).
• Visit to Berber House and Pottery Stores:
  • Take time to visit a local Berber house and explore stores selling pottery, minerals, and crystals. Learn about the traditional crafts and lifestyle of the Berber people.
• Return to Marrakech:
  • At around 5 PM, return to Marrakech where you will be dropped off back at your hotel, concluding your tour.
